WAYAN KARJA
Wayan Karja is a
maker of eloquent, sensuous, and intimate paintings of quiet power.
Adventurous, disciplined and uncommonly productive, Karja is dedicated
to the synthesis of his Balinese roots and an international,
contemporary perspective. His work is particularly remarkable and significant
in the way it brings together Hindu and Western modernist concepts of
color. |
